I am pleased to welcome 65 new affordable housing units at Trenchard House in the heart of Soho replacing the long-empty former Police Section House.
Warwick Councillors are consistently working to improve waste disposal and recycling in Warwick Ward. This has included a campaign advising on how to dispose of rubbish correctly and greater enforcement. We have seen improvements but there is more to done.

We have been receiving reports of residents feeding pigeons in the Grid, particularly near Sussex St. This can be harmful to the birds, the environment, health and buildings.
Additional food for pigeons, particularly bread, is bad for them.

Hanging baskets in the ward contribute to the overall look of our Bayswater village.
Your ward councillors continue to fund hanging baskets across the ward in Monmouth Road, Garway Road, Newton Road, Westbourne Grove Terrace, Hatherley Grove, Porchester Road, Bishops Bridge Road, Queensway, Westbou
Following a spate of burglaries last year, the figures for the first three months of this year are substantially down compared to last year.
We will continue to monitor the situation, but we are pleased that the increase we saw last year is so far not being repeated.
Conservative-run Westminster City Council has made history as the first authority in the country to receive an ‘outstanding’ rating from OFSTED for its Children’s Services.
