A number of local people have been sending in pictures of beggars along Melcombe Street and Melcombe Place between Marylebone and Baker Street Stations which your Councillors have been passing onto our Council problem solvers and the dedicated Ward Police officers.
For many residents who live in flats, the big black bins that are located around Little Venice ward are an essential part of their daily lives. Because of the high level of demand, these bins are emptied three times a day, seven days a week.
We all acknowledge that the major gas replacement works currently being carried out across Pimlico are necessary. That doesn’t mean we can’t be frustrated by the on-going road closures and disruptions.

Parking enforcement on Council estates is to be transferred to the Council’s parking enforcement teams under a ‘Traffic Management Order’ (TMO), starting with Churchill Gardens in April. Existing permit holders will be guaranteed a replacement permit at no extra charge.
