Louise Hyams has had the honour and privilege of representing St. James's Ward since her election to the Council in 1998. She is totally committed to improving the quality of life for all the residents of this diverse ward in the centre of London. Over the years, Louise has worked hard to protect locals from noise and disturbance enabling them to have quiet enjoyment of their own homes, whilst enabling businesses to thrive. 

Having been involved in most areas of the Council's work, Louise currently serves on the Council’s Licensing Committee and the Standards Committee.

Louise served as Lord Mayor Of Westminster in 2008/9.
