2026 Pimlico South Candidate
  • Council candidates

James Spencer has lived in Pimlico for nearly a decade and is deeply committed to the community he calls home. From 2018 to 2022, he built a strong reputation as an active and effective councillor, working closely with residents and community groups to deliver practical improvements and secure investment for local priorities.

Among the projects he helped bring forward are improvements to Pimlico Gardens and the St George’s Square Dog Park and Gardens, ensuring these valued green spaces remain welcoming and well-maintained. James has also played a key role in efforts to save Dolphin Square, one of Pimlico’s most significant landmarks.

Known locally for his hands-on approach and willingness to listen to residents’ concerns, James believes strong local representation should focus on delivering tangible results and standing up for residents’ interests.

Spencer says, "Pimlico is my home and deserves much better representation than we are currently getting from Labour."
