Affected by Delivery Services offering alcohol and late-night food?

The recent rise in delivery services offering alcohol and late-night food has led Westminster City Council to consider changes to licensing guidelines to combat the impact on those living near outlets. There is a consultation running to 25 July on the changes.

Open Forum
