Ed Pitt Ford has lived in Pimlico since 2010. Originally from Elephant and Castle, Ed graduated in Physics from Imperial College London and has an MBA from London Business School. He has spent most of his career in energy efficiency and renewable energy and wants to ensure that the council moves to zero-carbon in a non-intrusive, conservative manner that is positive for local people and positive for our economy.

Ed was elected to Westminster City Council in 2022 and sits on the Licensing Committee, the Pension Fund Committee and the Climate Action, Environment and Highways Policy and Scrutiny Committee.

Earlier in the year, we presented a petition from local people to Westminster City Council asking for the Sussex Street play area to be converted into a publicly accessible green space for all.  Pimlico is severely lacking public green spaces, and this would be an excellent opportunity to use
