Abbey Road is the northernmost ward in Westminster. It is bordered to the southeast by Regent's Park, Little Venice at its most southern point, and Maida Vale to the southwest. The borough of Camden borders Abbey Road to the north.

The ward is currently represented by two Conservative councillors; Hannah Galley and Caroline Sargent
