San Abishev has lived and worked in St James’s for over a decade.He chairs a local Safer Neighbourhood Panel, working closely with police and local businesses to tackle crime and antisocial behaviour in the area.

Tim Mitchell is a self-employed IT consultant who has lived and worked in Westminster for over 35 years.A councillor since 1998, he has served in roles covering all the Council’s responsibilities.

Mark Shearer is a Chartered Surveyor by trade. He also co-founded a tech-for-good platform, which enables companies, foundations and the government to fund community projects in a quicker and more transparent way.Mark was first elected to Westminster Council in May 2018.
