Mark Shearer is a Chartered Surveyor by trade. He also co-founded a tech-for-good platform, which enables companies, foundations and the government to fund community projects in a quicker and more transparent way.
Mark was first elected to Westminster Council in May 2018. Having been deputy cabinet member for City Management and the Armed Forces lead, in opposition, Mark is now Chief Whip for the Conservative Group. Mark believes that everyone in St James’s ward should have the opportunity to flourish and succeed in their ambitions.
