Another proposed development of the building owned by the Methodists. 

Another proposed development of the building owned by the Methodists. 

There has been ongoing dialogue with people living in Bingham Place to provide office space, with external spaces including a roof terrace which would front Marylebone Road. They are hoping to be on site in March 2023. 

This building would add an extra floor with servicing on Nottingham Place.
