  • Councillors

Rachael has lived in Westminster for 35 years and has been a Councillor for Knightsbridge & Belgravia since 2010. She has held a number of key Cabinet roles and was also the Leader of the Council until 2022. Under her Leadership the Council was able to maintain the lowest Council tax in the country, major new housing schemes were introduced and a raft of measures implemented to support both residents and businesses through COVID.

She works closely with resident groups, businesses and the police across the ward focussing on keeping our streets safe and clean and has also campaigned for more CCTV, a crackdown on dumped e bikes and better policing for the Parks. She is also a Director of the Knightsbridge Neighbourhood Forum which works to ensure that development enhances the area.

Rachael said 'I feel incredibly lucky to have represented this ward for the last 16 years. It is a beautiful and vibrant place to live and work with a great community spirit and I want to do everything I can to ensure that remains the case.'
