More pedestrian safety improvements introduced at the junction of Allitsen Road and Charlbert Street

Road Improvements

Back in September last year we reported works had taken place to improve the safety for pedestrians and road users at the junction of Allitsen Road and Charlbert Street. Concerns however remained amongst local people about a number of ‘teasing’ issues. A site visit was organised and subsequently further works took place including the installing of a Bell bollard and improvements to the ramp.

"I would like to thank my local Councillors for following up on this issue", said one resident who lives near to this junction. If you have any concerns about road or pavement issues in St John’s Wood please let us know.
