All are welcome on 5 June when St Mary’s Church is holding a Street Party

Update from your Marylebone Councillors

A tree has been planted on the corner of Blandford and Manchester Street for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and there will be a "formal" planting attended by Alan Titchmarsh on Sunday 29th May between 11 am and 12 noon.

On the Northwest Corner of Bryanston Square your Councillors have found funding for another tree to also commemorate the Queen’s Jubilee. The planting and unveiling of the plaque will occur on Monday 30th May between 11 and 11.30 am with the Swiss Ambassador.

The Larrik is organising a community event. From noon on 2 June part of Shouldham Street will be closed.

Residents are providing cup-cakes, Victoria sponges, coronation chicken, strawberries and cream and sandwiches. Non-alcoholic drinks will be served outside the pub. Consumption is allowed either at the outdoor tables or inside the pub.

All are welcome on 5 June when St Mary’s Church is holding a Street Party community celebration on the Wyndham Place Piazza. Craft activities, a live band and face painting will be available between 1 and 3 pm.

The single most important issue that residents tell us matters to them is feeling safe when walking around the area.

Unfortunately, we regularly receive reports about shoplifting in Marylebone. We have managed to get the council to install several CCTV cameras.
