We recognise the difficulty the lock down has had on individuals and families with the advice to stay at home. This has not been made easier by the Government’s position that construction can continue and in our part of the City there have been a number of sites where works have indeed continued including Dora House, St John’s Wood Road and Rossmore Court, Park Road with the conversion of a car park to a self-storage unit. Your local Councillors have liaised with Attic Storage who agreed to a number of measures which would limit the disruption on resident’s amenity including restricting the hours of heavy demolition works, stricter observation on working methods, providing clearer on-site contact details and distributing regular updates to resident living near-by. If you are experience any noise issues then please either contact Robert, Paul or Gotz, use the “Report It” page on the Council website or call the 24/7 noise team on 020 7641 2000.

The single most important issue that residents tell us matters to them is feeling safe when walking around the area.

Unfortunately, we regularly receive reports about shoplifting in Marylebone. We have managed to get the council to install several CCTV cameras.
