This is Westminster. We deserve better.
The people of Westminster deserve the best from their council. Safe streets, clean neighbourhoods, and public spaces make this one of the finest parts of London to live in.
But when we speak to residents across Vincent Square Ward, the same concerns come up time and again. Too many people tell us they don’t feel as safe as they used to. Streets are not as clean as they should be. Rough sleeping has become more visible, with too many people not getting the help they need. And too often, it feels like the Council simply isn’t listening.
That must change.
We are standing to serve Vincent Square Ward because Westminster deserves better. A council that keeps streets safe, looks after the area properly, supports people off the streets, spends your money wisely, and listens to local people.
Our plan is built around what residents tell us matters most: safer streets with visible enforcement, clean and well-maintained public spaces, and proper support to help people move off the streets for good, all while ensuring responsible use of council tax.
We all live here in the ward, and between us bring over 25 years of public service. This is our community, and we care deeply about getting this right.
We have the team and the commitment to deliver. But we need your support. On Thursday, 7th May, we ask you to re-elect Selina Short and David Harvey, and elect Ben Sewell, to serve as your local councillors.
