The people of Westminster deserve the best from their council. Safe streets, clean neighbourhoods, a transport network that serves everyone and good quality services.
But when we talk to residents across the Little Venice Ward, the same concerns come up repeatedly. Too many people tell us they do not feel as safe as they used to. There have been no local neighbourhood police officers in the ward for over 12 months. Streets are not as clean as they should be. Costs are rising while standards fall. And too often, it feels like the Labour-led council simply is not listening.
That must change.
We are standing to be your local Conservative candidates in May because Westminster deserves better. Labour promised a fairer Westminster and yet it has become worse for many residents in Little Venice Ward. Labour has produced sham consultations and then ignored the results.
Labour has allowed housing repairs on our council estates to go neglected, with people suffering in flats without heating for many months and major works projects being delayed for many months.
Labour is wasting huge sums on consultants’ fees and overblown vanity projects, but has delivered absolutely nothing in its four years in office.
We have the plan, the team, and the commitment to deliver it. But we need your support to make it happen.
On Thursday, 7th May, you have the chance to vote for real change in Westminster.
