Cllr Paul Fisher is a barrister specialising in commercial disputes and international arbitration. He has served as a councillor for West End ward in Westminster since May 2022. 

In 2025, Cllr Fisher joined the Conservative team on Westminster City Council saying: 

“It is more important now than ever for residents in Westminster and West End to have a strong voice on issues such as crime and the future of Oxford Street. That’s why I have joined this effective Conservative team”.
