  • Councillors

Cllr Paul Fisher is a barrister specialising in commercial disputes and international arbitration. He has worked in London for well over a decade and has experience of living and working in the Middle East working on complex disputes. He has been a resident in Westminster since 2020, serving the local community in various parts of the City and has served as a councillor for West End ward in Westminster since May 2022.

During that time he has campaigned against the Mayor's disastrous plans to pedestrianise Oxford Street, to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour across the ward and in favour of the regulation of both pedicabs and e-bikes. He has also chaired numerous scrutiny committees on the council with a particular specialism in council finance. He is the Conservative Group's Finance Lead on Westminster City Council.

Paul says, 'It is a real privilege to serve the residents and businesses of West End in the heart of our great capital. Giving a voice to our community and helping businesses succeed are my number one priorities so that the future of West End remains as vibrant as its past.'
