Lorraine has lived in Little Venice since 1983 and ran a family electronics business on Edgware Road for 17 years. She now works locally at the City of Westminster college as a teaching assistant to young disabled adults. Lorraine’s interests are education, social services and disability issues.

Lorraine is was first elected as a Councillor for Little Venice in May 2018.

We received a number of requests from Stuart Tower residents who have had difficulties with cars blocking the entrances to the car park. Lanark Road only had single yellow lines, which do not prevent parking in those locations outside the controlled parking times.

Anyone caught discarding rubbish and cigarette butts on the streets or Little Venice will face tougher fines as Westminster City Council plans to double penalties for litter louts.  The fixed penalty charge for street littering will rise from the current £80 to £150, or a reduced early payment
