Jake Glasmacher moved to London as a university student, having grown up across South Asia and the Middle East, and has called the city home ever since. He works as a political risk consultant and has previously worked as a journalist and in government. He is focused on combating antisocial behaviour and engaging European citizens in local government and community initiatives.
Jake says, "London stands as one of the few remaining - if not the last - truly cosmopolitan cities in the world. Yet this is slowly being eroded by endemic antisocial behaviour and a reluctance by the existing administration to face up to it. Without change, we risk losing what makes it exceptional - and that is a fight worth having."
