Vote Conservative on Thursday, 7 May!
On 7 May, Westminster faces a clear choice: four more years of Labour failure, or a Conservative council that will deliver Safe Streets, a Clean City and Real Action.
Westminster Labour's record of failure could not be more serious:
- Crime has spiralled: Westminster Labour stood by as Sadiq Khan cut 1,700 police officers from London's streets and let enforcement collapse.
- Streets and parks have got dirtier: missed rubbish collections, overflowing bins, and dumped dockless bikes are the new normal under Labour.
- £27 million wasted on the Geoffrey Osborne scandal.
- Self-awarded pay rises of up to 62 per cent for senior Labour councillors.
- Projected council tax hikes of up to 75 per cent.
- Raiding £19 million in reserves to pay for an election gimmick.
- Surrendered Oxford Street to Sadiq Khan, blocked scrutiny and voted down our legal fighting fund to hold him to account.
And Keir Starmer is targeting local people, pensioners and long-term residents with a Family Home Tax, threatening nearly 4,000 homes.
Same Old Labour failure. Every level. Every time.
Keir Starmer, Sadiq Khan and Westminster Labour have all failed our city with rising crime, higher costs and declining standards. Enough is enough.
The only way to break Labour's grip on Westminster is to vote Conservative on 7 May.
Westminster Conservatives have the team, the plan and the experience to deliver positive change.
We have listened to thousands of residents across Westminster. Their priorities are our priorities: Safe Streets, a Clean City and Real Action.
From day one, we will appoint a dedicated Cabinet Member for Enforcement, putting safety and accountability at the heart of how the council operates.
- Safe streets: launch targeted action in crime hotspots across the city, deploy more uniformed patrols, prioritise serious enforcement on dockless bikes and shut down illegal short-term lets.
- Clean city: restore the clean streets Westminster deserves. Zero-tolerance approach to graffiti, reliable waste collection, and clean public spaces that people and businesses can be proud of.
- Value for money: review every major contract inherited from Labour, cut wasteful spending and keep council tax as low as possible. Treating every pound with respect. No more blank cheques and no more reckless waste.
- Transport for All: fight for an Oxford Street shaped by local people, protect accessible bus routes and use every lever available to deliver transport that works for everyone.
- Caring for the Vulnerable: protect our outstanding children's services, enhance outreach for rough sleepers, support youth programmes and ensure vulnerable people across Westminster get the practical help they need, not just warm words.
And we will stand up to Keir Starmer's Family Home Tax, which threatens nearly 4,000 homes in Westminster.
Westminster residents deserve a council that listens, delivers and respects their money.
On 7 May, you have the chance to reject four years of Labour failure and vote for a better Westminster.
Deliver your verdict. End Labour’s four years of failure. Vote Conservative.
