For too long, L&Q has been failing residents.
Across Pimlico, L&Q tenants are fed up with slow repairs, poor cleanliness and unchecked anti-social behaviour. Above all, they are frustrated by a landlord that is too often unresponsive and unaccountable. Basic issues that should be fixed quickly are allowed to drag on for months, while residents are left chasing answers.
Let’s be clear: this is not acceptable.
