Philip Stephenson-Oliver is a local wine merchant and serving Army reservist. He founded his wine business during the Covid pandemic and has over ten years’ experience in the trade. As a small business owner, he relies on facilities such as the local post office and understands how vital they are to the community.
Serving with the British Army since 2020, Philip is particularly concerned about homelessness amongst veterans and the impact of so-called petty crime.
Philip says, "I have had my car stolen and my phone snatched twice. These crimes are not petty - they are real, damaging and unacceptable. I am standing to help make Westminster safer."
