We caught up with local West End councillor Tim Barnes, earlier this evening. 

"Good to be getting back into the swing of working on the issues residents of West End care about. 

"This week, I have been looking at planning applications in Mayfair and Soho, managing the needs of local cafes and the disastrous impact of the Mayor's unthought-through plan for Oxford Street, which also saw me appear on BBC London News!
