Once again the Labour Mayor, Sadiq Khan, has failed residents in Little Venice Ward with another fatal blow to bus services along Edgware Road/Maida Vale.

Little Venice Update from Cllr Caplan and Cllr Dean

Once again the Labour Mayor, Sadiq Khan, has failed residents in Little Venice Ward with another fatal blow to bus services along Edgware Road/Maida Vale.

This time he has removed bus route 16. This is the removal of 6 buses per hour. Residents will now have to rely on the already overloaded route 6. This is on top of the previous service reductions we have experienced to the local routes 46 and 414 routes as well as previous reductions to the 6 service. The last few years have seen more and more hammer blows to our local bus services that many residents rely upon. We have a Mayor that is simply ignoring our local community.
