The Council will be improving the road in Somers Crescent to make it safer, following poor workmanship by a utility company.

Your Conservative councillors have been listing Star Street pavements as a priority for some time and corrective works will be made in the next month.

Noisy road plates have been fixed by the council at Albion Street and Praed Street at the request of your councillors, even though they should be the responsibility of utility companies.

Shopkeepers have accepted shoplifting as a daily reality. Families avoid their local parks. And schools have lost community police officers.
