Sadiq Khan is quietly trying to cut bus routes across Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.
A significant number of people living across West Central rely solely on public transport to get to work, meet with friends or family and attend vital appointments.
For some of the most vulnerable people living across West Central, the cuts being proposed by the Mayor of London are a threat to their independence.
You can help protect vital bus routes by making the case for them to Transport for London (TfL).
Tony Devenish AM, Greater London Assembly Member for West Central London - which covers Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster, explains how:
Last week, Sadiq Khan launched a consultation on his plans to slash central London's bus routes. Today, we're suffering yet another tube strike under the "zero strikes" Mayor.
As the rest of the country was getting ready for the Jubilee weekend, what was Sadiq Khan doing? He was craftily cutting over 80 of our bus routes across London.
And then on Monday, today, we have a tube strike. What is the Mayor of London doing? You have - we have - until 12th July to get all our comments in. But of course, the TfL survey is skewed.
So you'll give the answers that Sadiq Khan wants you to. Look at question seven and unambiguously say NO to Sadiq Khan's bus cuts. He's got £5 billion of taxpayers' money. He says he's got no money. He's got lots of money. And Sadiq, sort out the tube as well!
