Elizabeth Hitchcock is one of three local councillors representing Knightsbridge & Belgravia ward at Westminster City Council.

We spoke to her on Elizabeth Street, described by BelgraviaLDN as one of the prettiest and most instagrammable streets in London!

Elizabeth Street has a mix of restaurants and eateries alongside independent fashion and lifestyle brands and other small businesses.

Elizabeth explains

We had a very difficult time over the pandemic, but the good thing is that we had local people working with Westminster City Council to ensure that the vast majority of these businesses not only survived but thrived throughout the pandemic.

And I'm pleased to see things as busy as ever here.
