Last week, Westminster City Council’s volunteer-led support programme celebrated its second birthday.
Set up by your Conservative-led Council at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Westminster Connects has recruited 1,500 active volunteers who have carried out over 290,000 acts of kindness.
