We spoke to Cllr Heather Acton, Westminster's Cabinet Member for Communities and Regeneration, at the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase One of the Ebury Bridge Regeneration Project. Heather explains

I'm here with our Leader looking at the groundbreaking ceremony for phase one of the Ebury Bridge regeneration project.

This is so exciting, we are providing affordable homes for families here in the heart of Conservative Westminster.

And it will be at the end 781 homes in total, this is phase one bringing 226 homes.

Half of these homes are going to be affordable.

What a fantastic regeneration project.
