Planning

Your Conservative-run Westminster City Council recognises how important it is to engage with the local community, listen to their views and benefit from the insight communities can and do provide in helping to shape our neighbourhoods and City.

That is why we have launched our new planning guidance when it comes to early community engagement.  The guidance is aimed at setting out what we as a Council expect from applicants and developers to emerging development proposals (pre-application stage) and promoting best practice at an early stage of a schemes’ development.
