Police

Following extensive lobbying by Conservative-led Westminster City Council, Westminster has been promised additional police resources in order to address drug dealing and associated Anti-Social Behaviour in “hot spot” areas across our City.

In the south of Westminster, Conservative Councillors have secured funding for additional security at the hostels housing vulnerable residents, which are targeted by drug dealers. Further funding has also enabled the police to increase their patrols.

In the north, work involving the police, including British Transport Police, TfL, outreach services and Westminster City Council officers, brought together by your Conservative councillors, has meant a reduction in crime levels in many of the “hot spot” areas.

If you see a crime taking place, please report it to the police. You can report a crime online or by calling 101. In an emergency, always dial 999.
