Paddington Recreation Ground

The Heart and Lungs, and one of the glories of our leafy Maida Vale, our beloved Paddington Recreation Ground has been appreciated more than ever during our last challenging COVID months.

Cherished by us all many residents have been disturbed and their peace shattered by the noisy machinery that is used to keep the Rec clean, tidy and safe. We are absolutely delighted to announce that very soon the blowers, mowers and hedge cutters will all be electric. This means that they will be almost silent. In addition to the more peaceful ambience this will contribute to our Westminster City Council’s Greener and Cleaner initiative
