Baker Street

Cllr Karen Scarborough met on site with the demolition team  Erith and the WCC Highways Inspector.

Since the beginning of their works at 19-35 Baker Street, they have hosted multiple site visits for local students from the University of Westminster and Architectural Association.

The total number of future Project Managers, Construction Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, and other Built Environment Students onsite was over 120. Students had the opportunity to investigate their works and have an insight into the demolition and the enabling works processes, which allow their works to commence. They have also provided two work experience placements for students at the Marylebone Boys School to commence in March.
