Seymour Leisure Centre

A public meeting about the Seymour Leisure Centre was held virtually in mid-January. Because we are very keen to have as a wide reach among the local community as possible the presentation was repeated two weeks later for those people who were unable to attend first time round.

At the meeting details about the feedback from the community consultation were outlined. The recent presentation included exciting plans about the sports hall, swimming pool and library. Community design workshops will be held between February and March giving residents lots of opportunity to express their views.

Pre-Planning consultation sessions held between March and April. The planning application is expected to occur in the middle of this year. To view slides and a YouTube video of the presentation see website for further details here.

In addition, you can also read the questions and answers brought up in January's meeting here.
