The development of 60 new flats at Parsons North (Venice Court), including 19 affordable units for local residents, is almost complete.
As part of the development, public realm improvements have been made in the area adjacent to the development and in front of Parsons House. As you can see from the pictures, the area is now much more inviting and gives residents a more attractive outlook.
There is also some seating for use by local residents as well as a new community space which will enable Little Venice residents to meet and hold events for the local community.
