No one likes to see rubbish dumped or fly-tipping so when your local councillors were told of the bins on Wellington Place attracting dumping, we arranged to meet with Westminster Council officers and made several changes including reconfigured and removing some of the bins, improving the signage and increasing the monitoring; this resulted in a marked improvement.
