Al Fresco

Following month-long consultations with both local people and businesses, the Council has decided to continue al-fresco dining in and around Covent Garden and on St John’s Wood High Street.

More than 80% of respondents to both consultations were in favour of extending outdoor dining.

It had been set to end across Westminster at the end of the month.

Consultations about retaining al-fresco dinning in other parts of the City are still ongoing. You can find out more about them and the results of the Covent Garden and St John’s Wood consultation here.
