Following conversations with the Howard de Walden Estate to add greening to the area and also to encourage cyclists to slow down and dismount when using St Vincent Street, these planters have been placed at the entrance to the recently paved street.
Whilst we are supportive of cyclists, this street has been causing an issue for St Vincent School particularly during Drop off and Pick Up times. The Council will also be placing a sign on the lamp column requesting cyclists to dismount.
