We all love our pampered pooches in the Abbey Road and most of us are responsible dog owners who enjoy and respect our clean streets and the efforts Westminster Council and our tax-payers make to keep our streets hygienic and tidy. Your Councillors were therefore shocked to witness a pile of nasty plastic parcels at the foot of the tree at the corner of Norfolk and Woronzow Road. If dog owners go the to the trouble of picking up after their dogs, please complete the task and dispose of those parcels!
We appreciate that there could be more bins on the streets, but in straightened times we also have to consider the added costs of extra bin collections. If you have a bin at home, take it home!
