Infill Programme

After successful lobbying from your local Conservative councillors new homes will be coming to the Lillington and Longmoore estate as part of the City Council's ‘infill programme’. This scheme seeks to optimise underused and empty areas on our estates and build new homes in that space.

Consultation has begun for new flats to be built in the empty space underneath Noel Coward and Aubrey Beardsley houses. Your local Conservative councillors have called for a local lettings policy to be implemented for this scheme meaning that local residents get priority for these new homes.
