Duke of York Pub and Street Drinking Update

Following complaints from local people about out-of-control street drinking around the Duke of York Pub and Tesco's in Circus Road on Lords Match Days, we have escalated the problem with Planning Enforcement who have now brokered a new management plan which we are confident will address the problems raised for next season.

However, we must all remain vigilant to ensure these pledges to control the crowds and the problems are enacted.

If you become aware of any issues, please contact us and use the Report It portal on the Council website, so evidence can be gathered for any future licence review, should that become necessary.
