On 5th September Cabinet Member for Finance and Regeneration Cllr Rachael Robathan issued a statement setting out the Council’s commitments, including that all new homes would be covered by a local lettings plan, meaning that local people in need would be prioritised to benefit from any new homes.
The Council has been holding drop-in sessions for residents throughout August, September, and October. These sessions are the first step in working with residents to develop designs.
