Little Venice Councillors Melvyn Caplan, Lorraine Dean and Matthew Green joined Cabinet Member Rachael Robathan and the contractor Osborne’s for the ground-breaking on this site in late August. 

There will be 60 new flats built of which 19 will be affordable housing units. The development is planned to be completed in March 2021. In addition to the new housing units, there will be enhancements to the public area outside Parsons House, a new entrance lobby and an internal residents area created. A series of greening projects along Hall Place are planned as the project nears completion.
