Building

We are interested in your views on the proposed 19-storey building at 5 Kingdom Street, where Westbourne Bridge joins the Westway.

Cllr Antonia Cox said: “We really want to hear what you think about these plans." You can comment on them using the reference 19/03673/FULL by clicking here.

Historic England are seeking a reduction in the height of the scheme, which is taller and wider than the existing 13 storey consented proposal, at around twice the height of the existing Novotel and visible from the Serpentine Bridge and Little Venice. The W9W2 amenity society is also objecting.

The scheme offers a new foot and cycle bridge to Harrow Road, a potential 250 seat auditorium in the Crossrail Box and a larger Community Infrastructure Levy payment than the original scheme.
