Parsons North

Works have commenced at the Parsons House podium site to construct a new block which will provide 60 new homes of which 19 will be affordable flats.

The work will involve demolishing the disused car park next to Parsons House and creating a new basement car park. There will also be landscaping in the area as well as improvements to the entrance of Parsons House itself. The main construction works will commence in April and the project is planned to be completed by the end of 2020.

Cllr Dean commented, “it is great to see the work get started and we are looking forward to the delivery of 60 much-needed housing units on this site.”
