Cycle Superhighway CS-11 update

Local people may recall Transport for London (TfL) logged an appeal against the High Court’s decision back in September 2018 to allow Westminster Council to block the construction of CS-11. 

In February TfL were informed they lost this appeal and cannot proceed to build its proposed Cycle Superhighway at Swiss Cottage without considering traffic and air quality impacts.
