There are 353 miles of pavements/footways within the Borough of Westminster all of which need to be maintained and kept in proper order to ensure pedestrians can walk safely.
A loose paving stone can easily become a trip hazard so when Cllr Rigby was contacted by a local resident about a number of paving stones loose in Grove Gardens, just off Park Road he arranged for them to be re-laid.
‘I would like to thank Cllr Rigby for his quick action in having these paving stones fixed and ensuring they no longer were a trip hazard’ – Resident, 125 Park Road. If you notice a loose pavement then please call the Westminster Environmental Action line on 020 7641 2000 or use the online street problem reporting service here.
