Supporting local businesses is one of my key priorities. I was delighted to help give certainty and a long-term future to Pimlico Road Farmers Market in Orange Square.
I worked with the market management, local people and Westminster planning department to reach an agreement on new starting times, extended opening hours and a five-year planning permission for the market. I spoke at the Planning Committee in favour of the application and am very grateful to community groups and residents who made representations in support of the market.
