As we enter the New Year, there are a few areas that we would like to concentrate on. Although rubbish collection and the state of the streets and the pavements are generally very good, there are a few spots in the ward where waste dumping remains an issue. We will continue to work with officers and residents to keep on top of this. And in the case of streets that border the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, we will work with their councillors and officers to find solutions to waste dumping in those locations.
We also remain committed to good planning and conscientious planning enforcement. Knightsbridge & Belgravia has its own full-time planning enforcement officer to deal with cases of a breach of planning conditions, so please do let us know via email or the council’s ReportIt service if there are planning issues that concern you, so they can be investigated.
