St John’s Wood High Street has been ranked as the fourth healthiest in London. A report by the Royal Society of Public Health ranks London’s 146 high streets based on their impact on the public’s well-being and health. Your local councillors while naturally happy with this result will continue to work to ensure we get a good mix of retail offerings and the number of empty units is kept to a minimum.
As Cllr Gotz Mohindra who leads on High Street issues said ‘this is a great acknowledgement of our local High Street and I hope we can attract some new relevant operators who will further enhance the offering for local people and visitors’.
